This study was realized by the CSUN Nevada Student Affairs Research Staff with the goal to gauge and assess the perceived safety experienced by UNLV students throughout the UNLV Campus. The study gathered student opinion through a questionnaire taken by 318 UNLV Students from March 13 to April 6. This study will be used to advocate for policies that create a more secure and safe campus environment. Advocacy efforts will encompass the dissemination of survey results to UNLV Administration, local and state government units as well as our entire campus community with the goal to inform and seek actions consistent with the outcomes of the questionnaire.
Contact the Nevada Student Affairs Director, Ricardo Cornejo, for more details, questions and information about this study
